ABOUT OUR SERVICES
We use high quality polyurea or polyurea/polyurethane hybrids, to install a thicker stronger material than would be possible by ANY DIY Liner.
The system we use to install the liner is done by a reactor which causes two components to combine at perfect temperatures and pressures, which will be tack free within seconds of being combined. This means that you can use your truck as soon as it is done being sprayed.
Another difference is the amount of material used in lining your bed. When you buy a DIY kit for your truck, you will receive about a gallon of material. The cost is around $150-$200, including the applicator tools and materials. Then you need to provide masking materials, as well as the labor to ensure your bed is prepared properly, increasing your cost.
When you purchase a Rhino Linings liner, 6-8 gallons of material is used per bed and it is professionally masked and installed. This gives you a better performing and a warrantied liner that costs less per gallon than a DIY liner kit. We also won’t charge you extra for masking, tools and labor.
We have a soda can that we sprayed at 1/2 thickness, and if you can crush it, we will line your bed for FREE!
ABOUT US
Some local Rhino Linings Dealers are putting down as little as 30 mils in a truck bed to cut costs and make their product more affordable. That’s only 25% of product the manufacturers recommend. We always make sure your bed is up to specifications, especially on load surfaces. They also cut corners on preparation time and materials. We make sure your bed is prepared properly to ensure that your bed liner will hold up for a lifetime.
